Brian Lawrence supports the firm through the establishment and implementation of operations and finance initiatives. Specifically, managing both long term financial goals and strategies while balancing the realities of day-to-day management. He has spent the last several years consulting small businesses, advising and consulting clients. Thrives in helping companies achieve their business objectives through strategy execution, the design of scalable policies and procedures, software and project implementation and teambuilding.
Brian has over 20 years’ experience in operations, successfully leading a variety of companies in several industries through stages of rapid growth and expansion. He has been successful in the turnaround of organizations that faced challenges in operations, finance, culture, and service delivery. He compounds this wealth of experience to ensure the firms operations and financial well being are always kept in well regard.
Career Highlights
Brian is proud of his diverse educational background. After earning an A.S. from Tulsa Community College, he went on to study Sociology at Langston University (HBCU), and Spanish at Richland College, before completing his B.A. in Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2018, Brian returned to complete his M.B.A., graduating from SMU in 2020. His varied educational path afforded him the opportunity to become well rounded in ability to communicate, and understand the mechanisms behind people, and problems.
Brian is a certified Ashtanga Yoga Instructor and has always placed an emphasis on volunteer work. As a member of the First Presbyterian Church of Sapulpa, Brian has participated in numerous Mission trips to Mexico. He served as Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Dallas 24 Hour Club and was fortunate to make contributions to Gerando Falcoes, a Brazilian non-profit with a focus on helping the residents of favelas.
Brian takes any opportunity he can to see the country, having been to 45 states, often taking his German Shephard and Pit Bull with him. When he’s not off on a plant expedition or working in his yard, he can probably be found playing Texas Hold ‘Em with his friends.
