Natalie Zink is an Associate Attorney at Schulz Trade Law PLLC. Formerly, she was an attorney with the U.S. Department of Commerce Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance (CC-TEC). Natalie advises clients on trade remedies and Customs issues, with a focus on Antidumping and Countervailing Duties

Natalie Zink is an Associate Attorney at Schulz Trade Law PLLC where she advises clients on international trade matters, with a focus on AD/CVD, tariffs, Customs compliance, and cross-border risk management.
Previously, Natalie served as an attorney in the Office of the Chief Counsel for Trade Enforcement and Compliance at the U.S. Department of Commerce. She supported all stages of the AD/CVD process, including petition initiation, administrative reviews, scope determinations, and remand proceedings. She provided legal guidance on duty calculations, interpreted trade remedy regulations, and assessed litigation risk in collaboration with analysts and policymakers.
Natalie has drafted dispositive briefs in cases before the U.S. Court of International Trade and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, and contributed to the U.S. government’s brief before a USMCA panel reviewing Canadian softwood lumber duties. Her administrative law and litigation matters have covered a wide range of industries and products, including steel, aluminum, solar panels, agricultural items,
textiles, and machinery.
In addition to her government service, Natalie is passionate about supporting businesses with their international trade needs. As the founder and operator of a retail business, she gained hands-on experience in trade operations and regulatory compliance. She implemented duty mitigation strategies, prepared invoice documentation, and ensured CBP compliance, while managing cross-border logistics and maintaining vendor relationships.
Natalie is fluent in Arabic (Levantine dialects) and holds a master’s degree in Arabic. She has lived and studied abroad, most notably in Jordan.
